Already forgotten your New Years resolutions? No problem – here’s your second chance! Join us as we prepare for the Lunar New Year (2/10) by
practicing a cleansing qigong routine, followed by an introduction to Tai
Chi Ball Qigong. Both are easy to remember, and may be performed standing or seated. You’ll leave with some tools to reinvigorate your practice and add variety to your training routine. PLEASE NOTE: advance registration is appreciated so we’ll have enough equipment. Do you have a light ball (maximum size of a basketball) at home? Let us know and bring it along!
